For excavators and loaders, SANY will cover your machine for up to 5 years or 3000 work hours for small excavators (5000 hours for large excavators). Other machinery sold by SANY has similar warranty expectations.
This is comprehensive cover, including repairs and replacement of the hydraulic, electrical systems, powertrain and other major components. This makes it far easier to claim on the warranty, as you do not have to figure out which elements are covered.
The exceptions to the warranty are:
- Attachments such as buckets and grabs.
- SANY parts when bought separately from an OEM installation or warranty repair.
- Other parts not included in the OEM installation.
- Third-party equipment.
The machine also needs to be operated under regular use as described in the operator manual, but as long as your use and maintenance meet the proper specifications and you do not make any unauthorised alterations, your machine will be protected.
