A successful operator training session recently took place at Pendle Borough Council, where operatives were given the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience with the SANY 120 Roller.
The training was delivered by Giles from SANY Road Machinery and attended by around nine members of staff. Throughout the day, participants were guided through the machine’s main operating features, safety systems and daily maintenance checks, helping to ensure safe and efficient use on site.
The session focused on both practical operation and machine familiarisation, allowing operators to build confidence while gaining a better understanding of the roller’s capabilities and performance. Topics covered included safe start-up and shutdown procedures, correct operating techniques, visibility and control functions, as well as general best practice when working on live construction and highway environments.
The SANY 120 Roller is designed to deliver reliable compaction performance while offering operator comfort and ease of use. During the training, attendees were able to see first-hand how the machine’s controls and features contribute to productivity, safety and efficiency on site.
